Refreshing Anti-Inflammatory Juice that Fights Illness

Do we want to get rid of all inflammation?

No! Inflammation is an essential part of our immune system and is needed for us to live.

However, it often builds up far beyond it’s beneficial duties and becomes harmful. This usually accumulates around the intestines first and spreads through out the body.
It can then manifest into anything from achy joints, digestive issues, excess belly fat, anxiety and chronic headaches to more serious conditions. The suffix -itis means inflammation of. So anything ending with -itis, are inflammatory conditions like gastritis, arthritis, sinusitis, pancreatitis, endometritis and so forth. You could probably think of a few also.
Recent studies are now showing that even more serious conditions like heart disease and cancer stem from chronic inflammation.

Chronic inflammation can stem from many factors including autoimmunity, allergies or food sensitivities, toxicity, digestive conditions and so forth.

So therefore we want to manage inflammation.
